Pop Physique, others allegedly owe more than $400,000 to landlord

SAN FRANCISCO – A landlord alleges the tenants of a San Francisco property owe more than $400,000.

Gary Karrass, as trustee of the Gary Karrass trust dated March 14, 2011, filed a complaint on Feb. 4 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Pop Physique LLC, Jennifer Doige-Williams, Deric Williams and Does 1-25 alleging breach of lease.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 8, 2011, the defendants entered into an agreement to lease the premises on Polk Street, San Francisco from the plaintiff's predecessor.

The plaintiff alleges as of Jan. 1, the defendants are indebted to him in the amount of $407,280.88. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages plus interest, costs of suit, and for such further relief that the court may in the matter deem to be just. He is represented by Mark Henry Shafron in Encino.
