FRESNO – A couple and their child are seeking damages from two individuals over a Fresno collision.
Christie Clifton, Derrick Kimura and Keegan Kimura filed a complaint on Feb. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Eliodoro Gomez, Gisela Gomez and Does 1 to 50 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb 4, 2017, plaintiffs were traveling on the Golden State Boulevard in Fresno when Gisela Gomez struck their vehicle. The suit states Gisela Gomez was operating a vehicle owned by Eliodoro Gomez.
The plaintiffs seek judgment for compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus costs of suit and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. They are represented by Brandon T. Williams of Williams & Javellana LLP in Chico.
