FRESNO – Damages are being sought from the owner and the driver of a vehicle involved in a Fresno collision.

According to the complaint, on March 21, 2017, Villasenor was driving near the intersection of Jensen and McCall avenues in Fresno when he was struck by defendant Ferrer's vehicle, which was operated by Acevedo. The plaintiff alleges he was injured in the collision.

The plaintiff holds Acevedo Jr. and Ferrer responsible because Acevedo allegedly was negligent in her operation of the vehicle and Frerer allegedly was negligent in entrusting Acevedo with the vehicle.
