The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Willie Haidari against Michael Murphy and Terry Murphy on Sept. 17: 'Hearing On Motion To Quash Service Of Summons And Complaint'.
Case number PS19-0481 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on May 20.
