The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Bay Area Escrow Services against Cit Small Businesslending Corp., Ranvir Kaur and Readycap Lending LLC on Sept. 10: 'Refund Miscellaneous Trust'.
Case number MSC19-00290 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 13.
