Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP recently issued the following announcement.

California’s Pay Data Reporting Portal opens for the first time on February 16 and employers must submit their reports by March 31, 2021. As employers prepare to report, this interactive panel will address frequently asked questions regarding compliance with the new law. They will also discuss other recent developments at the federal and state level regarding efforts to collect pay data for enforcement activity, including for federal contractors. In addition, the panel will address how pay equity audits can be done in conjunction with pay data reporting.
