A lawsuit has been filed against Zen Compound, LLC, the owners of Temple Night Club in San Francisco, by a woman who was attacked while dancing at the establishment.

The plaintiff, Maegan Pisman, alleges that the club's security did not assist her during the attack and allowed her assailants to leave before police arrived.

Pisman claims that this is due to the security guards' friendship with her attackers, who are alleged to have a history of violent behavior at the club.

Pisman states that she was punched in the face by two male patrons and a female, resulting in a broken nose and facial abrasions. Despite her injuries, she alleges that she was told to leave the premises by club staff. She also claims that there were no security personnel on the dance floor where she was attacked.

The suit also suggests that Temple Night Club has a history of violence and inadequate security.

The lawsuit was filed Jan. 16 in San Francisco County Superior Court.

She is represented by attorneys Charles A. Lucero and Theodore C. Olson, of the firm of Lucero and Olson PC, of San Francisco.
