The plaintiff's attorney, Alan B. Blanco from Rafii & Associates, P.C., alleges that the defendants were responsible for an accident involving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2012 Honda Civic driven by the plaintiff. The incident occurred on June 1, 2022, on the ramp to S-280 near Race Street in San Jose.
Grelli claims that due to the defendants' negligence in operating their vehicle, it collided with her car causing significant physical and mental pain. She also believes these injuries will result in some permanent disability.
Grelli is seeking compensation for her medical expenses incurred as a result of the accident. She also demands a jury trial to determine the extent of her general damages which will be stated according to proof at trial.
