In the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, Patricia Esquer has filed a lawsuit against Biagini Properties, Inc., Biagini Family Properties, LLC, and Horng-Kuoag Corporation. The case number is 24CV437588 and was filed by attorney Brent J. Griffith from Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. on 04/29/2024.

The plaintiff, Patricia Esquer, is a resident of San Jose, California. She alleges that the defendants owned, leased, maintained, operated, controlled, repaired, supervised, managed and/or occupied the real property where her injuries occurred. 

On May 26th, 2022 the plaintiff was walking through a parking lot owned by the defendant.  She tripped on an uneven portion of the pavement which caused her serious bodily harm.  She alleges that the defendants failed to use reasonable care to discover any unsafe conditions, provide warning of potential harm and repair them in a timely manor.

Esquer seeks damages for negligence from the defendants. She claims that each defendant was acting within their employment or agency's scope when her injuries occurred on their property.  The plaintiff believe they are entitled to general, economic, medical and other related damages and expenses.  The specific amount is not mentioned and will be determined according the the proof during the trial.
