Culture Pulse, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, has taken legal action against an individual for alleged fraudulent activities and breach of fiduciary duty. The complaint was filed by Culture Pulse, Inc. on November 7, 2024, in the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, targeting Alex Beckman as the defendant.

The lawsuit stems from a series of events that began in May 2023 when Alex Beckman, who was both a director at Culture Pulse and involved with GameOn Technologies (now ONPlatform), informed Culture Pulse that GameOn was interested in acquiring their company for $5 million. Beckman allegedly assured Culture Pulse that GameOn's Board of Directors had approved the acquisition and encouraged them to halt operations to prepare for the transition. However, it later emerged that these representations were false. In October 2023, despite repeated assurances from Beckman about the certainty of the deal, he exited GameOn under pressure related to missing investment capital before any transaction could be finalized.

Upon reaching out directly to GameOn after Beckman's departure, Culture Pulse discovered that GameOn had no knowledge of any pending acquisition and confirmed that its board had never discussed such a deal. As a result of relying on Beckman's misrepresentations, Culture Pulse ceased operations and suffered significant business deterioration.

The complaint accuses Alex Beckman of fraud through false promises and concealment and breach of fiduciary duty. Specifically, it alleges that Beckman made false promises intending to defraud Culture Pulse into selling its business under false pretenses and concealed critical information about GameOn's intentions regarding the acquisition. These actions are claimed to have caused substantial harm to Culture Pulse by leading them to wind down operations based on misleading information.

Culture Pulse is seeking judgment against Alex Beckman for damages exceeding $5 million due to loss of income resulting from his fraudulent conduct. They are also requesting attorney fees, interest, costs incurred due to his actions, and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

The case is being handled by F. Jay Rahimi from Los Angeles Legal Solutions representing Culture Pulse. The presiding judge's name is not mentioned in the document provided but can be identified using Case ID CGC-24-619609.
