Wave Solutions Inc., an Illinois-based corporation, has taken legal action against a California company over unpaid services rendered. The complaint was filed by Wave Solutions Inc. on February 13, 2025, in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, against IDC Technologies Inc. The lawsuit alleges breach of contract and account stated due to unpaid invoices totaling $31,752.

According to the complaint, Wave Solutions Inc. (WSI) entered into a Professional Services Agreement with IDC Technologies Inc. (ITECH), under which WSI provided placement and consulting services through its employees to ITECH. Despite fulfilling their contractual obligations, WSI claims that ITECH has failed to pay for these services since January 2024. The plaintiff highlights several invoices issued for the work performed by an employee named Venkatesh Pulagam, which remain unpaid despite being overdue by more than 300 days.

The complaint details a series of communications between WSI and ITECH regarding the outstanding payments. On September 6, 2024, WSI's counsel sent a demand letter to ITECH's employees and legal department seeking payment resolution. In response, ITECH acknowledged the delay in payments due to a change in financial institutions but assured that they were in the process of settling past dues. However, no payments were made following this communication, leading WSI to suspect evasive tactics by ITECH employees who might be operating from India while using U.S.-based contact information.

WSI argues that non-payment has placed them in financial hardship as they are obligated to pay their employees despite not receiving compensation from ITECH. The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages amounting to $31,752 plus pre-judgment interest at a legal rate of 10%, totaling $3,177.13 as of the filing date. Additionally, WSI requests attorney fees and costs associated with pursuing this claim.

The plaintiff is also open to resolving the matter through binding arbitration if requested by the defendant but emphasizes that any further delays could lead them to seek penalties for late payments.

Representing Wave Solutions Inc., attorney Gopinath Gollapudi from The Gopinath Law Offices filed this case under Case No: 25CV458867 before Judge L. Ayala at the Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County.
