SAN FRANCISCO – A law firm alleges an Oakland resident failed to pay for services provided.

Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices LLP filed a complaint on April 4 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Lama Ashkar and Does 1 through 10 citing breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a written retainer agreement in 2014 for the plaintiff to provide legal services.
