LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles County man is suing an Israeli company, alleging breach of contract.
Israel Baron filed a complaint Dec. 4 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Western Division against Tetragon LTD, XTRMX LTD, Mehrdad Anifor and Does 1-100, alleging the defendants breached its obligations by failing to provide the plaintiff's monthly retainer fee for services rendered.
According to the complaint, on March 20, 2017, Baron entered into agreement wherein he agreed to sell the defendants' products to the entertainment and media industries. Baron says he fully performed all obligations required under the contract but failed to receive the monthly retainer fee for the services performed.
Baron seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $99,000, with punitive and treble damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, disgorgement of all improper benefits, and all other relief the court deems just and equitable.
