Adventure Cat Inc. filed a complaint on March 21 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against City Info Experts LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, Adventure Cat Inc. entered into a supplier agreement with Alcatraz Media and other companies in January 2006 to provide tours, tickets and other services.
