Woman seeks damages over San Francisco auto accident

LOS ANGELES – A woman alleges she was injured in a collision at a San Francisco intersection.

Rachel Gillis filed a complaint on April 25 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Andrew Schwartz alleging injuries.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 12, 2017, while driving at the intersection of 16th and Sharon streets in San Francisco, she and the defendant were involved in a collision.

As a result, Gillis alleges she incurred hospital and medical expenses, lost wages and use of property.

The plaintiff holds Andrew Schwartz responsible because the defendant allegedly operated a vehicle in a manner so as to cause collision with another vehicle, causing personal and economic injuries.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Robert J. Jaffe in San Anselmo.
