STOCKTON – A debt collector alleges an individual last known to reside in Stockton failed to pay an account balance in full.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in the San Joaquin Superior Court against B Greene, also known as Barbara P. Greene, and Does 1 to 10 citing account stated.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff purchased a debt from Synchrony Bank allegedly owed by the defendant. The plaintiff alleges the balance of the account after charge off is $1,114.40. The suit states the last payment made on the account was in July 2015.
The plaintiff holds Greene responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the balance due despite demands for payment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for unpaid balance of $1,114.40, plus costs of suit, and such other relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Jack H. Pogosian, Kristy Gabrielova, Nichol Alan de Guzman, Hyo Jin Julia Jung and Charles Richard Hoeg III in San Diego.
