FRESNO – A bank alleges it is owed more than $30,000 from a trucking company for a business line of credit.

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association filed a complaint on Nov. 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court against American Star Trans Inc., Barinder Aulakh and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, on May 19, 2015, Wells Fargo granted a business line of credit to defendants which defendants agreed in writing to repay. The plaintiff alleges it has not received a payment from the defendants since Jan. 8.

The plaintiff holds American Star Trans Inc., Aulakh and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make monthly payments due or repay the amount in the principal sum of $31,054.74 as demanded by Wells Fargo.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for the principal sum of $31,054.74 and for such other relief as is fair, just and equitable. It is represented by Anne M. Schauerman of Office of the General Counsel Wells Fargo & Company in Diamond Bar.
