FRESNO – A man allegedly injured in a Fresno collision is seeking damages from two drivers.

Jose Sanchez filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Ba Vang, Robert Pether, Ruben Ramirez and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 9, 2016, he was a lawfully restrained passenger of a motor vehicle owned and driven by Ramirez on American Avenue in Fresno County. The suit states that Vang stopped in the center median, causing a collision between the two vehicles and injuring the plaintiff.

The plaintiff holds Vang, Pether, Ramirez and Does 1-20 responsible because Vang allegedly failed to operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license and failed to stop at the intersection and yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Jeffrey D. Bohn of Accident, lnjury & Medical Malpractice Attorneys of California APC in Fresno.
