Motorcycle rider seeks damages from driver who allegedly struck him in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – A man is seeking damages from a driver over alleged injuries sustained when his motorcycle was struck in San Francisco.

Gaetano Acerra Jr. filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Patricia Garcia Julian and Does 1-30 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on March 18, 2017, the plaintiff was operating his Yamaha motorcycle in the direction of Sickles Avenue near the intersection of Huron Avenue in San Francisco when the defendant collided with his motorcycle.

The plaintiff holds Julian and Does 1-30 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently operated their vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for general damages, punitive and exemplary damages, special damages, property damages, loss of use of property, costs of suit, legal interest, and further relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Joseph S. Nierenberg of Law Offices of Weber & Nierenberg in Oakland.
