Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Christin Lawler to the San Francisco office as counsel in the Labor and Employment Department.
Lawler advises and defends employers in a wide array of labor and employment matters and litigation involving class, collective and representative actions, wage and hour violations, equity pay, discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination.
She defends employers in workplace litigation filed in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. She also conducts compliance audits and neutral workplace investigations.
Lawler is a member of both the American Bar Association and San Francisco Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Sections. She has also volunteered with and served on the board of Advokids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending the rights and meeting the needs of California children who are in the foster care system due to abuse or neglect.
She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.
