SAN FRANCISCO – A San Rafael business is accused of not designing a bracing system and trestle in accordance with the terms of a professional service agreement.
Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. filed a complaint on March 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against PB&A Inc. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 5, 2011, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. suffered damages as a result of improperly designed bracing system. The plaintiff holds PB&A Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide properly designed system and access trestle for plaintiff in accordance to their agreement.
The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Gregory S. Martin of Martin Hild PA in Maitland, Florida.
