FRESNO – A former employee of a beer distributor alleges that he was not properly compensated during his employment.

Richard Zepeda, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a complaint on May 3 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Donaghy Sales LLC and Does 1 through 50 citing the Private Attorneys General Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has been damaged for not being properly compensated for all hours worked during his employment with defendants. The plaintiff holds Donaghy Sales LLC and Does 1 through 50 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay all meal period wages and rest break wages; minimum, straight time and overtime wages; and failed to pay all wages due and owing upon termination of employment.

The plaintiff seeks civil penalties, costs and attorney's fees and such other just and proper relief. He is represented by Douglas Han, Shunt Tatavos-Gharajeh, Daniel J. Park and Joy D. Llaguno of Justice Law Corp. in Glendale.
