SAN FRANCISCO – An Oakland individual formerly employed for a biogas products company as its chief executive officer alleges he was not paid all of his wages upon his termination.
LOS ANGELES — A former tenure-track professor at California State University is continuing a lawsuit against the university for allegedly denying tenure because of his national origin, also claiming the school failed to provide a non-discriminating workplace.
The State Bar Court of California recently suspended Alexander Chase, a San Francisco attorney, from the practice of law for 90 days after the court was determined that the attorney had failed to perform legal services and later concealed his misconduct.
