STOCKTON – A San Joaquin County consumer alleges that companies in Oakland and Manteca misrepresented the amount he was to receive as a tax credit for installing a solar system.
SACRAMENTO – A San Joaquin County consumer is seeking rescission of a sales contract of a Dodge vehicle over allegations it has defects that have not been repaired.
SACRAMENTO – An Amtrak passenger is seeking damages over allegations he was injured when the train collided with a truck and trailer in San Joaquin County.
